In implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, the Italian State has issued Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, concerning “the protection of individuals reporting violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of individuals reporting violations of national legislative provisions.”
To comply with this important legal requirement, Palladio Group has implemented a dedicated procedure for the management of Reports related to violations of EU law, also known as Whistle-blowing Reports.
