SELF-ADHESIVE LABELS

Ideal for high-speed applications on containers of small diameter, such as vaccines, up to Ø 6.85 mm (vials, tubes, syringes, etc.). Our self-adhesive labels in film are characterised by:

• Adhesives:
  – high performance acrylic
  – luminescent
  – for sterilisation
  – for highly siliconed surfaces
• Tenacious anchoring inks, resistant to rubbing during packaging phases; we can also use low migration inks
• Digital ink jet and/or offset printing to ensure readability
• Excellent machinability during labelling, without downtime
  due to “adhesive leaking” (bleeding) and/or “breakage of the support”

Suitable for particularly siliconed objects such as vials and syringes. Thanks to a combination of technique and materials, adhesion is guaranteed over time, even on surfaces with very low surface tensions.

Thanks to a study carried out directly with the customer, a label of a sufficient size is designed to achieve an overlap during labelling that guarantees perfect adhesion over time, while also maintaining a transparent window to check the amount of liquid inside the vial itself.

Self-adhesive labels in rolls and sheets, of every type and thickness. They can be produced with typographic, silk-screen, flexo, offset and digital printing. They are the starting point for any application and/or technical feasibility study, starting with folding cartons and plastic vials for the pharmaceutical sector.
